We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. Duties
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track order progress.
- Ensure all items are handled safely and stored correctly to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating warehouse equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
