Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while adhering to strict quality standards. The Packager will work in a warehouse environment and must comply with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate hand tools and forklifts safely.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials as needed.
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP throughout the packaging process.
- Utilize hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the packaging process, utilizing logic controllers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
