Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
