What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Technician position at Element2 Group?
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Overtime available)
We are looking for motivated Production Associates to join our team! In this role, you will work with fiberglass and composite materials to manufacture high-quality components used across various industries. If you have some experience in a similar field, we’re ready to train you and help you grow with us!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of composite and fiberglass products
- Perform tasks such as sanding, cutting, trimming, and finishing materials
- Apply resins, gel coats, and laminates to components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all production meets quality control standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fiberglass, or composites is preferred but not required – we will train individuals with relevant experience!
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a solid work ethic
