Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards for our products. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP, and ISO 13485 standards while conducting thorough inspections and quality audits. Your expertise in QA/QC processes and precision measuring instruments will be essential in analyzing and fabricating quality assurance protocols.
Duties
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to perform detailed measurements and assessments.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare reports on product quality, identifying any deviations from established standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Maintain documentation of quality audits and inspections in accordance with quality systems.
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, CGMP practices, and ISO 13485 requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP, ISO 13485, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
