Job Summary: The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing detailed inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with specified standards and quality requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods using various measurement tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and standards to ensure accurate inspections.
- Record and report inspection results, identifying any non-conformances and working with production teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct routine tests and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support quality assurance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications in quality control preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
