Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems for precise measurements.
- Collect and analyze research data related to product quality.
- Employ precision measuring instruments to assess product specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for identified quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and audit findings.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality systems and processes.
Skills
- Strong understanding of quality inspection methodologies and practices.
