Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately documented.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks to move products safely within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking, packing, and staging for delivery, ensuring that orders are filled correctly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to improve shipping and receiving procedures for enhanced efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while handling products and operating equipment.
Skills
- Proficient in order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a plus.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving protocols within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform order picking, packing, and staging tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
