Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Kitter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and organizing materials for assembly, ensuring that all components are accurately kitted according to specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency and quality in our manufacturing process.
Duties
- Gather and prepare components for production runs, ensuring all necessary parts are included.
- Verify the accuracy of kitted items against production orders and specifications.
- Organize and label kits for easy identification during the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking component usage and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of kitting tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in kitting processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
