Duties
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking purposes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers safely and effectively.
- Assist in building and organizing product displays for inventory storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to comply with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
Skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience with picking, packing, and shipping processes in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong skills in inventory management practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with using RF scanners for tracking inventory movements.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Ability to build product displays effectively while maintaining an organized workspace.
