Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is essential to ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring items.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
