Element6's client is one of the largest electrical solutions distributors and product suppliers in the country, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are looking for Management Trainees to join their team at multiple locations across the United States.
This is a well-rounded, on-the-job management training program designed to teach every aspect of the electrical wholesale business to run a multi-million-dollar location upon completion. The program uses a foundational approach that is broken down into five modules and lasts from 2 - 2.5 years. This training is designed to give insight into all phases of the company and develop its next generation of leaders.
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor’s Degree or an expected graduation date of 2025 (focus on Business, Sales, and Management preferred)
- Sales experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to solve problems
