Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of core systems and cloud migration processes.
- Develop, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PM/BA, cloud architects, and application support, to identify issues proactively and drive resolutions.
- Support efforts to optimize system performance, addressing challenges such as slow batch jobs and ensuring efficient automation.
- Contribute to automation testing efforts, leveraging existing tools or creating new scripts to complement manual testing.
- Ensure proactive issue detection and prevention, enabling the system to identify potential problems before impacting end users.
- Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with manual software testing, including test case creation and execution.
- Strong preference for candidates with exposure to or experience in automation testing.
- Ability to write detailed test plans, cases, and documentation independently.
- Proven experience with system optimization and cloud migration projects.
