Our client is seeking a Senior-level PM/BA to join their team immediately to support critical initiatives aimed at enhancing their core system/software and transitioning to the cloud. These roles are pivotal in driving projects from conception to completion, with a focus on optimizing internal systems, improving automation, and proactively addressing performance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management and business analysis for two key initiatives:
- Migrating core system to a cloud environment.
- Improving and optimizing the existing core system for efficiency and proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, application support, and QA testers, to develop roadmaps and deliver on project goals.
- Facilitate Agile processes with two-week sprints, regular stakeholder meetings, and updates.
- Analyze current system performance, identify bottlenecks (e.g., slow batch jobs), and recommend solutions for automation and issue prevention.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Drive the implementation of proactive monitoring solutions to detect system issues before they impact end users.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hybrid PM/BA roles, preferably in technology-driven projects.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage with architects and developers.
- Experience managing cloud migration projects and system optimization efforts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and stakeholder collaboration.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive complex projects to completion.
