Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Home Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives by delivering exceptional cleaning services. The Residential Home Cleaning Specialist’s main responsibilities include providing high-quality cleaning services to residential homes, ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes according to established standards and guidelines for basic level and mid-level homes.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas within the home.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and appliances.
• Deep clean as required, including high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies, restock when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality of our cleaning services.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
• Maintain the privacy of clients at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to and from cleaning locations.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
• Ability to work in a medium paced work environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Required to regularly stand, stoop, kneel, walk, squat, sit, use hands, reach, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and smell.
