We’re looking for an Order Management Specialist for immediate hire! This is a tremendous opportunity to join a fast-growing company. The Order Management Specialist processes purchase orders promptly and accurately while providing courteous, WORLD CLASS service to customers. The position helps to resolve all PO-related issues and applies these resolutions to help mitigate future order processing, shipping and invoicing issues.
As an Order Management Specialist, you will ensure the most challenging/complex customer orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner, in compliance with company requirements and quality expectations, and help ensure an excellent customer transaction experience. While processing orders, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with other individuals and departments as necessary through multiple levels of management. As an ordering processing expert, the Order Management Specialist is key in assisting with workflow improvements in processes and systems.

Challenge Yourself - The Specifics:
- Performs order entry according to standard operating procedures and the Company's shipping goal
- Responds to customers promptly via phone and email
- Documents conversations concisely yet with enough detail that others can understand what transpired upon review
- Effectively responds to and prioritizes multiple requests for service from customers and colleagues alike
- Collaborates with the Distribution Center, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. as directed by the Leadership team
- Interacts and engages with Operations and Shipping departments to resolve shipment issues and ensure orders and products are shipping on time and accurately
- Proactively communicate issues back to management and follow order management processes
- Assist in developing workflow improvement, including process
- Appropriately escalates more complex and/or sensitive customer issues to the Leadership Team
General Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training, a plus
- Minimum of two (2) – four (4) years of order entry and customer service experience in a complex environment while contributing in a growing capacity
