What You Get To Do:
The Product Marketing Associate Manager will support the Senior Director of Product Management and the Product Management team with the development, release, and execution of sales and marketing strategies for Elemental LED lighting solutions. This position will bridge product management with marketing focusing on our current product lines and multiple new product launches each year. The Product Marketing Associate Manager will have a strong understanding of the lighting industry, along with a passion for driving product success, increasing brand visibility, engaging customers, and a high attention to detail. Challenge Yourself – The Specifics
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing) to ensure timely and successful rollouts
- Creates and manages projects effectively and with great transparency with collaborating departments
- Supports the creation of timely SKU’s and specification documents in preparation for product launch
- Conduct in-depth research on the LED lighting market, including competitor analysis, customer needs, and industry trends, to inform product positioning, create effective messaging, and support marketing strategies
- Assist in developing compelling marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, website content, videos, case studies, and social media posts that effectively communicate the product benefits and technical specifications
- Assist with creating sales tools, training materials, and product presentations that effectively support the Sales and Training teams in promoting products
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team by ensuring they are equipped with the latest product updates and marketing collateral
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, trade shows, etc.) to increase awareness and drive adoption of LED lighting products
- Help refine product messaging and positioning for products, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications to include the website
- Engage with customers through case studies, testimonials, local trade shows, customer trainings, and feedback loops to gather insights and improve product offerings
- Support industry trade shows, webinars, and customer trainings to promote products, establish brand presence, and gather competitive intelligence
- Performs additional duties as assigned
We are looking for someone with:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the lighting, electrical, or technology industry, is required, or an equivalent combination of training and experience within the relevant industry
- Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising, is a plus
- Familiarity with lighting industry standards and certifications (e.g., DLC, UL, Energy Star) is a plus
- Experience with product management or technical marketing in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Highly dependable professional with exceptional attention to detail, works quickly and efficiently with a high degree of quality with few to no mistakes
- Proactively engages with colleagues to ensure project details are accurate and that projects are on time; provides alternatives and suggestions as required
- Ability to manage multiple project plans and activities simultaneously, organize own work, set priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines effectively and with a sense of urgency in a, often times, chaotic environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer support teams

- Possesses an in-depth understanding of Elemental LED’s product portfolio, including LED technology, products, power supplies, lighting terminology, photometry, and applications
