Hill Country Herb Garden is seeking weekend Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to join our growing team! Schedule is part time Friday through Sunday, holiday weekend availability required.
Hosts - $14/hour plus tips
Servers $5/hour plus tips
Bartenders - $16/hr plus tips
We are open Tuesday through Sunday serving upscale, casual food. Now serving lunch, dinner, and brunch! Our bar/beverage program features craft cocktails, Texas wine, fresh juices and smoothies, teas, coffee and espresso. We are looking for bartenders who are passionate about crafting speciality drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly and walk them to their tables
- Serve guests (suggestive sell, take orders, deliver food, bus tables, reset tables)
- Make drinks to order, following recipes and TABC guidelines
- Manage seatings and reservations on Tock
- Take reservations in person and over the phone
- Be aware of happenings on property, property hours, etc. and communicate that information to guests as appropriate
- Arrange table settings and reset tables properly
- running food as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Provide excellent service to give guests an exceptional experience
- Answer, report and follow instructions from the Manager on Duty
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Uphold company policies and codes of conduct
- Other duties as assigned to maintain flow of service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn

- Good time-management skills
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- TABC Certification
- Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with coworkers and guests
- Active Listening

- Detail and quality oriented, working to provide excellent service efficiently
- Ability to walk and work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
