Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, assisting with management support, and maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere to ensure a flawless guest experience.
Assistant Studio Manager Qualifications
- Experience in management
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
- Customer Service oriented
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Excellent organizer and problem solver
- Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends
- MindBody Software experience a plus
