Overview
Welcome to Elements Massage Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC. We're looking for Massage Therapists to join our team. We can guarantee 90% utilization by the end of the first month. We have made a great name for ourselves in the short time we have been open by treating our customers well and providing the best service possible.
Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydrolic tables, music and more.
We are trying to fill multiple vacancies and growing fast. Come join the team!
Therapist pay may range from $30 to $70 p/hr w/tips. Sign-on bonus of $500 to $1000 after 3 months with the studio (part-time/fulltime).
Each therapist must complete training within the first month of employment. You will be paid $150 once training is complete.
There will be free CPE opportunities and reimbursement for license renewals.
Schedule availability is flexible, however at least one weekend shift is required.
Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapist you are responsible for the following:
- Building relationships with your clients, leading to repeat clients
- Providing the customer with the best experience possible
- Completing SOAP notes at the end of each session
- Complete onboarding and annual training requirements
- Keep up with licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Massage Therapist License in the state of NC
- Experience selling enhancements
