Hiring for Therapists who can work Nights and Weekends
We Offer A Supportive, Massage Therapist Focused Environment
- Work You Love: Concentrate solely on therapeutic massage. Wardrobe, top-of-the-line linens, supplies and equipment (motorized tables & towel warmers in every room) are provided, & we handle the marketing and accounting, so you can focus on your craft.
- Find Your Match: We focus on matching you with clients that are the best fit for the type of massage you love to give.
- Focus on therapist self-care: Flexible scheduling, free monthly massage & chiropractic visits, and time in-between sessions to support your career longevity
- Ongoing training online and in-person, including CEUs: Recent workshops include Cupping Massage Therapy, Prenatal Massage & Carpal Tunnel Self-Care.
- Supportive, consistent on-site leadership focused on creating an inspiring work environment centered around teamwork. The owners both run the studio daily and are easily accessible to your questions or concerns.

Responsibilities
Our Massage Therapists are Responsible For:
- Following our proven systems for providing a superior massage therapy experience for clients and members
- Customizing massage based on client needs and preferences
- Providing a professional recommendation for next steps in a client’s treatment plan
- Creating SOAP/intake notes daily for each massage session
- Maintaining massage room to cleanliness standards
- Functioning as a positive member of the Elements Massage team
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have completed (or be in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist educational program
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining CAMTC certification, & must be CAMTC-certified to perform client massage (per city regulations)
- We love to speak with experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more. Our diverse client base includes someone who's a perfect match for the type of massage you love the most.

- Exceptional listening/communication skills
- Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Requires bending, squatting, stretching, walking, sitting, and standing for up to 6 hours.
