Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and every other Sunday.
- Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
- Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
- We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
Responsibilities
Punctuality: Arrive on time and be prepared for all scheduled shifts and sessions. Including 2 hour sessions.
Communication: Maintain clear and respectful communication with the Lead Therapist and management.
Team Engagement: Participate in staff meetings, check-ins, and ongoing team development.
Slack Communication: Use Slack as the primary tool for team updates, scheduling and studio communication.
Cleanliness: Keep treatment rooms clean, organized and fully stocked according to studio standards.
Protocol Adherance: Follow the Elements Massage service path and all established protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality client care.
Room-Specific Tasks: Completel all additional responsibiliteis associated with the specific treatment room you work out of. (e.g. Sweeping breakroom floor, cleaning up laundry room sink, supply restocking.)
