Wellness Membership Advisor
Elements Massage of Crofton seeks an engaging and outgoing personality to join our team as a part-time Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA). This role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by executing our industry-leading Service Path to sell memberships, gift cards, session upgrades, and provide information about Elements effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable to clients.
- Manage the studio's appointment scheduling system, billing, and processing systems, and phone inquiries.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred, with experience in selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems such as Excel, and Microsoft. Scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs (MindBody).
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability to work at least 3 shifts every week, including one shift on Saturday, Sunday, or both.
