Overview
We are looking for a bright, outgoing, and friendly individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Associate.
Customer Service Associates enjoy the following perks:

- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
- The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
- Elements Massage is a smoke-free and scent-free work environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell therapeutic massage services, memberships, and gift cards to clients.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and membership perks.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by building rapport and encouraging repeat business.
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phones politely and professionally, providing information on services, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an organized and efficient booking system.
- Follow up with members who haven’t booked their monthly sessions, encouraging them to schedule.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing front desk area.
- Collaborate with massage therapists to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
- Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn Mindbody program.
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
- High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent work experience required.
- Be prepared to work evenings and weekends, as our facility operates seven days a week.
