Join Elemet Manufacturing as our Quality Systems Director! In this pivotal role, you will helm the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring our products continually meet high industry and customer standards. Your mission: guide our Quality Assurance team to excellence.
Your Mission:
- Oversee and mentor a team of quality professionals, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and other regulatory frameworks.
- Champion the development of our QMS, driving continuous improvement in product and process compliance.
- Create and implement robust quality strategies that resonate with our core business KPIs.
- Facilitate regular quality audits to assure system effectiveness, working collaboratively across our business units.
- Ensure quality compliance from suppliers through rigorous quality requirement management, including inspections and SPC evaluations.
- Lead initiatives for root cause analysis and corrective actions, managing nonconformances with precision and dedication.
- Effectively manage the budget to support our quality commitments and innovations.
What You Bring:
Experience & Expertise
- A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of a decade in quality leadership roles, with proven audit management skills for ISO 9001.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, and experience with CIM systems.
- Hands-on experience with metrology tools like FARO CMM and advanced SPC techniques.
