Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic dining and drinking experiences, serving guests with passion and energy. Whether delivering food or crafting drinks, you will engage with guests, anticipate and meet their needs swiftly, and foster genuine connections.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision and flair, embodying the spirit of British mixology.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales, adhering to cash handling procedures.
