Car Wash Lot Attendant - IMMEDIATE START
Job Summary:
As a Car Wash Lot Attendant at Elephant Car Wash, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facility and providing exceptional service to our guests. This multifaceted role involves maintaining cleanliness, addressing equipment issues, assisting customers, and performing various administrative tasks to support the overall operation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks systematically to maintain a clean and properly operating car wash facility, including cleaning bays, emptying trash, and controlling traffic flow.
- Conduct daily inspections of car wash equipment, diagnose and repair any deficiencies promptly, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Act as the frontline Guest Service lot attendant, assisting customers with equipment issues, operation questions, and offering additional services such as wash club memberships.
- Educate customers on car wash procedures, pricing, and membership options to enhance their experience and promote loyalty.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring all equipment is operational, facilities are secure, and records are accurate.
- Handle damage claims, resolve customer complaints, and assist with scheduling adjustments using the Homebase system.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including car wash packages, additional services, and fleet account setup, while providing leadership in the absence of the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, maintenance, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of car wash equipment and operations is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Self starter who can work with minimal supervision and is comfortable working alone
