Lounge Coordinator:
We are seeking a diligent, coachable and highly-motivated individual who has a passion for hair. You will be making sure the shop runs smooth. You will be checking in and checking out customers. We are a membership business and you need to be comfortable selling memberships. Candidates will have an opportunity to earn profit share and $40k per year - $65K per year. When you walk into the lounge you will immediately know what we're all about. The lounge has been designed with discerning men in mind. Our environment features historic reclaimed barn-wood, customs countertops, and rustic stacked stone accents. In the lounge clients can enjoy a beverage of your choice while watching ESPN on the big screen and chatting it up with the guys.
- At Elephant in the Room, we pride ourselves on the details such as customer service and the overall experience we show to each guest. We don't focus on cutting corners and reducing our standards of quality in order to offer the cheapest men's haircut location in Tulsa.
The team is currently led by Clay Clark (CEO) and Jonathan Barnett (Chairman of the Board). Clay Clark is a successful entrepreneur, author, contributing writer for Entrepeneur.com and the former US Small Business Administration Entrepreneur.
