What You’ll Do :
As the Event Sales Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind crafting and executing exceptional events. Your role will encompass everything from developing client relationships and planning logistics to overseeing on-site coordination and ensuring seamless execution.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Generating and managing leads to secure event bookings.
- Guiding clients through event options, pricing, and contract creation.
- Planning and coordinating events, from venue selection to catering and entertainment.
- Developing budgets and managing costs for efficient event execution.
- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure every detail is perfect.
- Overseeing event setup, logistics, and teardown while maintaining timelines.
- Cultivating relationships with local organizations, influencers, and brands to enhance events.
- Leveraging tools like TripleSeat and OpenTable to organize event details effectively.
- Managing promotional efforts, including social media, marketing collateral, and sponsorships.
