The Elephantine Bakery Front of House team is singularly focused on creating an exceptional guest experience by exhibiting authentic warmth and care towards customers, managing the flow of the entire operation, and maintaining an organized and clean operation to support a superlative overall guest experience, from service to food to ambiance. This is a position that requires a keen attention to detail and an alignment of values with the core mission of Elephantine to deliver transformative hospitality.
key RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving as the principal ambassador for Elephantine Bakery and its culture, mission, and values
- Reflecting Elephantine’s cultural values with every guest who visits the bakery, including demonstrating kindness, respect, empathy, and a spirit of genuine welcoming and warmth
- Managing the flow of Front of House operations to ensure that guests receive orders in an organized and timely fashion
- Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Contributing to the overall culture, cleanliness, and functioning of our Front of House operation by following cleaning procedures, respecting bakery rules, and contributing positively to our working culture
- Supporting Elephantine's broader mission to provide transformative hospitality
