Location: Jensen Beach, FL

Salary: $40K-$45K/yr. Commission

Job Summary: The Sales Manager Elev8 Fun is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing the sales team, cultivating relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve performance
• Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Create detailed sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to guide the sales team's efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and market insights
• Ensure that all sales initiatives align with the goal of enhancing the overall guest experience
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales approaches and service offerings
• Assist in the development and management of the sales budget
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Use market insights to develop and adjust sales strategies and tactics
• Identify new markets and customer segments to target for growth
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• 2-3 years of current sales experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focused on event/ticket sales
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales/Marketing preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work history
• Ability to communicate effectively with new guests, return guests, co-workers and management
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM Applications
• Strong interpersonal and people skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressure
• Ability to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all times
• Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes
• Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
• Process-oriented, highly organized, fast and accurate, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Able to travel as needed.
