Salary : $40K-$45K / yr. Commission
Job Summary : The Sales Manager Elev8 Fun is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing the sales team, cultivating relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall guest experience

What You’ll Do :
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve performance.Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales teamDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenuetargets.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.Create detailed sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to guide the sales team's efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other salestechniques.
Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailoredsolutions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department to ensure smooth and efficientprocesses.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas forimprovement.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure aseamless guest experience.
Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on sales performance andmarket insights.
Ensure that all sales initiatives align with the goal of enhancing the overall guest experience.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales approaches and service offeringsAssist in the development and management of the sales budget.Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, andcustomer preferences.
Use market insights to develop and adjust sales strategies and tactics.Identify new markets and customer segments to target for growth.Other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Need :
2-3 years of current sales experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focused on event / ticket salesBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales / Marketing preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work historyAbility to communicate effectively with new guests, return guests, co-workers and managementStrong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM ApplicationsStrong interpersonal and people skills as well as written and verbal communication skillsCapable of managing multiple projects / programs simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressureAbility to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all timesFlexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changesExcellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalismProcess-oriented, highly organized, fast and accurate, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesPhysical Demands :
