Elev8 Residential is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of our residential properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, addressing work orders efficiently, and ensuring resident satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.

Conduct inspections of units and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.

Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed, including parts used and time spent.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary for specialized repairs.

Assist in property turnovers, including painting, drywall repair, and minor renovations.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing concerns professionally and effectively.

Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, preferably in property management or multi-family housing.

Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and effectively.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and work in various conditions (indoor, outdoor, heights, confined spaces).

HVAC certification, CPO (Certified Pool Operator), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
