Director, Human Resources Business Partner (Dir Human Resources)

Location: Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Director, Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing senior level HR support for the CarelonRx Dispensing Organization.

How you will make an impact:

• Brings perspective to the Dispensing Organization regarding people strategies to enable business objectives.
• Provide HR Business partnership working closely with HR center of excellence partners across all areas such as organizational design, talent development, on boarding, diversity, culture, total rewards, coaching and effective use of HR tools and resources for both managers and associates.
• Develops business solutions leveraging HR policies and practices and ensures best approach based on focus area.
• Leads and develops HR staff, deploying resources to meet the needs of the various clients across the Dispensing business.
• Provides patient facing perspective during creation of enterprise HR tools/programs/processes.
• Works closely with HR Solutions to ensure that all elements for successful HR partnership are tightly connected.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 9 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Strongly preferred MA/MS/MBA degree and HR related designation.
• Dispensing Pharmacy or PBM industry experience preferred.
• Prior people management experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $162,800 to $266,400.
