Instructor
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week onsite in office). When reporting to the office, the location will be on Carelon PR building located on 654 Ave Munoz Rivera San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Schedule: This position will work a first shift but must be flexible to the US States time zones that the unit will be supporting.
The Instructor is responsible for facilitating performance-based learning events focused primarily on concrete skills related to operations processes.

How You Will Make An Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature and across multiple platforms.
- Assists in rapid course development methodologies.
- Exercises classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary.
- Assists in completion of service level agreements, participates and assists in identifying training needs to determine appropriate learning solutions.
- Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction.
- Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness.
- Keeps technical skills updated.
- Requires BA/BS in related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- 2 year experience in a front line operations position preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating training in healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
- Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish), Must be able to write, read and speak both languages in a proficiency level.
