Title: Intake Specialist
Location: Hybrid position located at 370-774 Northlake Boulevard, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701
Candidates must live within 50 miles of location.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm EST.
The Intake Specialist is responsible for performing routine duties to handle incoming G&A submissions and inquiries to route to appropriate G&A Analyst teams, while adhering to compliance and regulated turnaround time standards.

How You Will Make An Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving member or provider requests by mail or fax.
- Reviewing and verifying content for accuracy.
- Entering key information or missing data into system.
- Routing file/submission to appropriate party within designated turnaround times.
- Data Entry experience along with experience in operating basic office equipment, fax machine, copier, PC and basic software applications.
- Requires HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years related work experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Data entry experience (2 years of work related experience) preferred.
- Basic software application preferred.
- 50 wpm typing in keyboard is preferred.
