Strategy ConsultantLocation : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.The Strategy Consultant is responsible researching, identifying, gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data, identifying trends, providing insights, and making recommendations on interventions and integration.How you will make an impact : Research, identify, gather, review and analyze data, identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations on interventions and integration as needed and upon request.Develop relevant and meaningful industry analysis, competitor profiles and contribute to the formation and revision of the enterprise strategic objectives and deliverables.Provide support to the ASC Team in assembling monthly and ad hoc updates and reports for senior leaders utilizing available business tools.Minimum Requirements : Requires a BA / BS in related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and / or process improvement; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent backgroundPreferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences : Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.Preferred experience with both quantitative and qualitative research.Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis strongly preferred.Previous experience identifying competitive threats, defensive measures, and supporting the development of future strategic response options, with demonstrated experience contributing to the analysis of company needs and supporting the growth of business strategies strongly preferred.Ability to travel may be required.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary
