The Strategy Management Director is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the Health Benefit Organization (HBO) strategic agenda.
How you will make an impact :
- Develops, implements and maintains product portfolio content.
- Partners with product managers and project team to execute HBO product strategy.
- Conducts analytics to track performance by benefit design, market segment and geography.
- Supports the development of short and long term strategic product plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.
- Identifies system needs to support short and long term product strategy.
- Develops system requirements and software.
- May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of regional and companywide initiatives including legislative changes, network / provider changes, medical management program and policy initiatives.
- Develops executive level content to effectively communicate product strategy to senior audiences and advance the overall HBO strategic agenda.
Minimum Requirements :
Requires a BA / BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences :
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location, the salary range for this specific position is $115,280 to $188,640.
