Job Description
">This Clinical Operations Medical Director will be responsible for:

- Supporting the medical management staff in making timely and consistent medical decisions for members and providers; ">
- Making physician-to-physician calls to gather medical information and make medical necessity determinations for services requested; ">
- Ensuring consistent use of medical policies when making medical necessity decisions; ">
- Bringing attention to case review decisions that require Medical Director review or policy interpretation. ">
Requirements and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An MD degree and board certification in a medical specialty; ">
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-residency; ">
- Preference for experience in inpatient post-acute care; ">
- Strong preference for board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehab. ">
