Position Summary
The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for targeting non-acute points of care to sell Elevaris' portfolio of products. This primarily includes pain clinics, but can also include dermatology, plastic surgery, sports medicine, and other non-acute settings with demand for Elevaris' portfolio of products. The product portfolio currently includes procedural needles, accessories, and pharmaceuticals and is expected to expand through this role. This role requires cold calling, multi-touch nurturing to establish client relationships with key decision makers, as well as managing sales presentations (in-person and virtual) with multiple decision-makers leading to product sales.
This independent contractor role requires an experienced medical device sales professional with a strong network and a track record of success in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter who can work independently, build relationships with key decision-makers, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the pain management, orthopedic, spine, and sports medicine markets
- Generate and manage leads, schedule product demonstrations, and close sales opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, procurement teams, and administrators
- Educate healthcare providers on Elevaris portfolio of products, demonstrating its clinical benefits and competitive advantages
- Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth of key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customers need to provide valuable insights to the Elevaris team
- Meet or exceed sales quotas in an independent, commission-driven environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales
- Experience in commission-based sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Must be comfortable in an independent contractor role
- Previous experience calling on non-acute healthcare settings
- Previous experience calling on distributors
- Previous experience working with pain management, spinal, orthopedic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or sports medicine
- Established relationships with physicians and decision-makers in non-acute healthcare settings
- Sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commission-based compensation, full-cycle sales experience
