Description
Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center is seeking professionals in the behavioral and mental health field to provide Behavioral Assistance services on a per diem basis. This work involves supporting at-risk youth and families in various communities throughout New Jersey. Service hours are typically 2-4 hours per week, either in-home or within the community.
Purpose of In-Home Services:
• Stabilize the child's behavior that led to the crisis referral
• Prevent inpatient hospitalization
• Prevent residence changes
Requirements:
• High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field
• At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with good standing privileges
