Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center LLC seeks professionals in the behavioral and mental health field to provide support services on a per diem basis. This work involves assisting at-risk youth and families in various communities throughout New Jersey.
This position requires stabilizing the child's behavior that led to the crisis referral, preventing inpatient hospitalization, and preventing residence changes.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field, with at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies. A valid New Jersey driver's license with good standing privileges is also required.
The work arrangement for this position is Per Diem.
