This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Behavioral Assistant, supporting at-risk youth and families in their homes and within the community. As a Behavioral Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral assistance services, helping to stabilize the child's behavior, prevent inpatient hospitalization, and prevent residence changes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide behavioral assistance services to at-risk youth and families
• Implement behavioral intervention strategies to stabilize the child's behavior
• Work closely with clients to develop personalized plans to achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
Requirements:
• High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field
• At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with good standing privileges
