Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Behavioral Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized support to clients in various settings, including in-home and community-based environments.
Purpose of In-Home Services:
• Stabilize the child's behavior leading to crisis referrals
• Prevent hospitalization
&ull; Prevent residence changes
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized plans to address client needs
• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
• High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field
• At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with good standing privileges
Work Arrangement:
This is a per diem opportunity.
