Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavioral Assistance providers. In this role, you will work directly with at-risk youth and families, providing targeted interventions and support to address behavioral challenges and promote stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stabilize the child's behavior that led to the crisis referral
• Prevent inpatient hospitalization
• Prevent residence changes
Requirements:
• High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field
• At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with good standing privileges
