We are seeking professionals in the behavioral and mental health field to join our team as Behavioral Assistance providers.
Job Summary:
This role involves supporting vulnerable populations in various communities throughout New Jersey, with service hours typically ranging from 2-4 hours per week. Our primary objective is to stabilize the child's behavior that led to the crisis referral, prevent inpatient hospitalization, and prevent residence changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted interventions and support to address behavioral challenges and promote stability
• Work directly with at-risk youth and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements:
• High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Service related field
• At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth, implementing behavioral intervention strategies
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with good standing privileges
