Position: Facility Technician

Job: The Facility Technician is responsible for the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the

facility. This role ensures that all physical areas, indoor and outdoor, are functioning correctly

and safely, providing a clean, healthy, and efficient work environment. The Facility Technician

will handle a variety of tasks related to warehouse receiving, organization, and general upkeep.

This role will maintain facility upkeep of the hallways and common areas as well as general

maintenance to support facility operations.

Shift: 5 day work weeks. Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Pay: 18.00 Hourly Paid Bi-Weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Warehouse Receiving and Inspecting Products:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Verify products against the packing list and report any discrepancies or damages.

-Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

-Facility Duties:

• Maintain general cleanliness of all common areas and hallways of the facility.

• Sweep, mop, and remove any debris from the cultivation hallway, daily.

• Empty waste barrels and dispose of waste properly.

• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom supplies as needed.

• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and products are used properly and safely.

• Maintain the schedule for the cleaning company and their supplies.

• Be available to escort the cleaning company as needed.

-Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform routine inspections of facility (indoor and outdoor) and equipment to identify

maintenance needs.

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, providing timely and effective repairs.

• Perform all ground maintenance including mowing, weed removal, snow removal,

clearing of any and all debris and/ or assist in the organization of a contracted entity as

needed.

Preventative Maintenance:

• Implement and document a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and

systems.

• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Order and manage inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and parts.

-Other duties as assigned by management This is a full-time, Permanent position Elevate Cannabis.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must be able to obtain an Illinois Agent Identification Card

• Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check

• Ability to comply with safety requirements

• Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail

• Previous experience in warehouse operations

• Previous experience in general facility maintenance

• Ability to comply with safety requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
