Description :
The Life Enrichment Coordinator will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with our resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Helps design programs to encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment, and improve daily living skills.
Responsibilities :
Assists the Activities Coordinator to plan, organize, develop, implement and direct the activity program for residents in the facility.
Participates actively in facility teams, committees and task forces.
Maintain a service-oriented approach with all internal and external customers in a manner which promotes customer satisfaction.
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications :
Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing food practices.
