Job Description : We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and caring team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents or patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents or patients
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist in the mobility and transportation of residents or patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Provide emotional support to residents or patients and their families
- Qualifications :
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
