Key Responsibilities :
Facility Maintenance Management :

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping to maintain the facility's appearance and functionality.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure resident safety and comfort.
Staff Management :
Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff, including technicians, custodial workers, and groundskeepers.
