What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restorative Nurse RN LPN position at Elevate Care Northbrook?
Restorative Nurse (RN) (LPN)
The Restorative Nurse is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and supervision of the restorative nursing program for the facility and is the liaison between formalized therapy and nursing. The position will oversee the restorative programming for the facility including supervising restorative aides, developing and documenting programming as well as working with our MDS team.
Qualifications:
RN Registered Nurse or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Illinois.
Preferably Certified in Restorative Nursing with 60 hour Restorative Certification Restorative experience
Knowledge and understanding of the MDS and PPS.
